About IBM Quantum
IBM Quantum is the quantum computing business of IBM, not a separate company. It builds superconducting quantum processors, whose qubits are tiny circuits cooled in dilution refrigerators to near absolute zero, and offers them to users over the cloud. Cloud access began in May 2016 as the IBM Quantum Experience, now the IBM Quantum Platform. Its processor families include Eagle, Osprey, Heron and Condor, and its quantum systems are run from IBM data centres in New York State and elsewhere.
IBM Quantum was founded in 2016 and is based in Armonk, NY, United States. It is listed under Quantum Computing.

What IBM Quantum works on
Quantum Computing
A quantum computer is a machine that uses the rules of quantum physics to process information. Its basic unit is the qubit. A classical bit is either 0 or 1. A qubit can be in a superposition, a state that combines both, and its measured result is probabilistic.
