About UnitQC
UnitQC (幺正量子) builds trapped-ion quantum computers on the quantum charge-coupled device (QCCD) route, with chip-type and blade-type traps, cryogenic systems and an ion-trap cloud. It was founded in Hefei in July 2022 by USTC professors Han Yongjian, Huang Yunfeng, Xu Xiaoye and Li Chuanfeng with Cui Jinming and He Ran, incubated from the CAS Key Laboratory of Quantum Information, and delivered its first ion-trap machine in 2024.
