About Classiq

Classiq sells a software platform for designing quantum algorithms. Users describe what a program should do in its Qmod language or in plain text, and the platform synthesises an optimised quantum circuit that can run on quantum hardware from different makers or on simulators. It does not build quantum computers itself. The company says it is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant and lists offices in the United States, Japan, Germany, South Korea, France, the Netherlands, India, Italy, Singapore and Israel.

Classiq was founded in 2020 and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is listed under Quantum Computing. Reported funding is $110M Series C (May 2025), extended to $200M+.

What Classiq works on

Quantum Computing

A quantum computer is a machine that uses the rules of quantum physics to process information. Its basic unit is the qubit. A classical bit is either 0 or 1. A qubit can be in a superposition, a state that combines both, and its measured result is probabilistic.
