About Iceotope
Iceotope develops what it calls Precision Liquid Cooling, a patented chassis-level immersion method. Immersion cooling places server components in a liquid, and Iceotope applies it inside a sealed server chassis, so the whole board including processors, memory, storage and power supplies is cooled. This differs from cold plates, which cool mainly flat chip surfaces. The company co-designs and licenses the technology to server makers (OEMs and ODMs) and offers reference designs for edge and data center use.
Iceotope was founded in 2005 and is based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. It is listed under HPC & AI Systems.

What Iceotope works on
HPC & AI Systems
High-performance computing (HPC) means using very large clusters of processors working together to solve problems that one machine cannot handle in a reasonable time. These clusters are called supercomputers. They run weather models, physics simulations and, increasingly, AI training.
