About Qblox

Qblox makes control electronics for quantum computers. Each qubit must be driven and read out with precisely timed electrical pulses, and Qblox supplies this in modular units that combine into its Cluster control stack, alongside its Scheduler software. Its modules serve superconducting and spin qubits. The company works with TNO, TU Delft and QuTech, the Delft quantum research institute. Its co-founders are Niels Bultink, the chief executive, and Jules van Oven, the chief innovation officer.

Qblox was founded in 2018 and is based in Delft, Netherlands. It is listed under Quantum Computing. Reported funding is ~$26M Series A, Jun 2024.

What Qblox works on

Quantum Computing

A quantum computer is a machine that uses the rules of quantum physics to process information. Its basic unit is the qubit. A classical bit is either 0 or 1. A qubit can be in a superposition, a state that combines both, and its measured result is probabilistic.
