Kunlunxin develops AI accelerator chips, processors built to run neural network training and inference faster and more cheaply than general purpose CPUs. It is the chip subsidiary of Baidu, the Chinese search and AI company, and its products support Baidu's own cloud and AI services as well as outside buyers. In January 2026 Baidu said Kunlunxin had confidentially applied for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, with the size and structure not yet settled. The company is based in Beijing.
