About Neurobus
Neurobus is a French company working on onboard AI for space and defence. It applies neuromorphic processors, which handle data as sparse events and use little power, so that satellites can analyse imagery and signals in orbit instead of sending everything to the ground. Its stack includes hardware integration, a neuromorphic operating system called NeurOS, and real-time perception algorithms. The company was founded by Florian Corgnou, who gives 2023 as the founding year, although one database lists 2022. Sources differ on whether it is based in Paris or Toulouse.
Neurobus was founded in 2023 and is based in Paris, France. It is listed under Neuromorphic Computing, Edge Computing. Reported funding is €5M-€10M Seed (Q4 2025/Q1 2026 in progress).

What Neurobus works on
Neuromorphic Computing
Neuromorphic computing builds chips that copy some features of the brain. Instead of a central processor and separate memory, a neuromorphic chip has many small units that act like neurons, each with its own local memory, joined by connections that act like synapses.
Edge Computing
Edge computing means processing data close to where it is produced, on a device or a nearby server, instead of sending everything to a distant cloud data center. In chip terms, edge processors are small, low-power chips that run software and AI models inside phones, cameras, cars and sensors.
